ASO & siRNA

NEXJENNER SERVICE

ASO(Antisense Oligonucleotide)is

a short single-stranded nucleic acid molecule consisting of 15 to 25 base nucleotides that is used to inhibit the expression of a specific mRNA. It binds complementary to a specific site on the mRNA and interferes with translation.

siRNA(Small Interference RNA)is

a short, double-stranded RNA molecule that inhibits mRNA expression through the RNA interference pathway.
It selectively destroys a sequence with complete complementarity by targeting a specific mRNA.
